KONE has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Account Manager/ Bid Manager to join our service team in Melbourne. You will develop mutually beneficial relationships which are strategic or locally important, proactively seeking opportunities for maximising revenue and growing our customer base to continue to drive KONE as the dominant force in the industry. This role also encompasses quality tender submissions, actioning of proactive tender hunting.

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively develop new and existing industry relationships for service business
  • Understand the customer needs in order to capitalise on all opportunities, orders and contracts
  • Identifying opportunities to add value and grow existing service business
  • Evaluating insights to drive strategies for the service business
  • Maintaining key relationships with internal stakeholders

Are you the one?

  • Proven success in account management, sales management or in a business development role
  • Result driven experience in winning and driving Sales and opportunities from the Sales funnel and new business/ new customers
  • Proactive and driven approach in customer satisfaction, feedback and loyalty (Net Promoter Index)
  • Lift Industry experience is essential
  • Strong customer experience background
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels
  • Proactive sales approach & customer focus
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, PowerPoint
